Important to note when the manager gets involved they will lose a deal over $1,000. This is AFTER they ask for your drivers license, social security number and insurance information. Waited 1 week and s will lose a deal over $1,000. This is AFTER they ask for your drivers license, social security number and insurance information. Waited 1 week and suddenly they will accept the deal. Two trips. 6 hours of drive time. Never saw the maintenance department. Never talked to the manager as to why the deal was accepted 1 week later vs the original offer. Then get home to find the 172 point inspection didn’t find an after market fuel option had been added. Not sure how was that was missed during a 172 point inspection. More

Service department staff always knowledgeable. I will say that oil changes are getting a bit pricey compared to other options out there. I won’t ever buy a car anywhere else.
