I found a truck that I was looking for and was priced right. When I walked in I was welcomed by Rocco the salesman. He was very friendly and polite, he quickly ran some numbers for me and also gave me a quote for my trade in. Before I knew i was a proud owner of a new truck. The service dept told me my vehicle would be out the same day for a air bag recall. It was not done the same day. Called & sent text messages a few hours before closing and finally received a call saying it day for a air bag recall. It was not done the same day. Called & sent text messages a few hours before closing and finally received a call saying it was not going to be ready. I had to leave it over night. They called the next morning to tell me it was ready. Went to pick it up & I had to wait over 30 minutes in the waiting room. They forgot about me. I went back to the service advisor and asked where my vehicle was. He said they must have forgot about it. Poor service. I will never go there again. I'll drive farther to another dealership next time More
