This is the third purchase from Karen and the forth from James Wood Motors. I would not think of going any place else for my next GMC. Karen took the time to walk through and educate me on all the technolo James Wood Motors. I would not think of going any place else for my next GMC. Karen took the time to walk through and educate me on all the technology features in the new truck. Who else would do that. I bet know one. After the sale I have always received excellent service from Sean Hoe. I have two GMC dealerships near my home but I drive an hour to JW. Why because 25+ years ago no one in either dealership waited on me but the folks at James Wood did. That is one reason I am loyal to them. More

Great experience at dealership, my wife and I were on vacation and on our way to New Mexico. I have been wanting a new truck so i decided to pull in and see what they had on the lot. I found a truck that I was looking for and was priced right. When I walked in I was welcomed by Rocco the salesman. He was very friendly and polite, he quickly ran some numbers for me and also gave me a quote for my trade in. Before I knew i was a proud owner of a new truck. The service dept told me my vehicle would be out the same day for a air bag recall. It was not done the same day. Called & sent text messages a few hours before closing and finally received a call saying it day for a air bag recall. It was not done the same day. Called & sent text messages a few hours before closing and finally received a call saying it was not going to be ready. I had to leave it over night. They called the next morning to tell me it was ready. Went to pick it up & I had to wait over 30 minutes in the waiting room. They forgot about me. I went back to the service advisor and asked where my vehicle was. He said they must have forgot about it. Poor service. I will never go there again. I'll drive farther to another dealership next time More
