We recently purchased a 2025 Yukon Denali from James Wood GMC and were very impressed with their service. Our salesman, Clay Estes, found us the exact vehicle that we wanted and secured it for us ahead of t GMC and were very impressed with their service. Our salesman, Clay Estes, found us the exact vehicle that we wanted and secured it for us ahead of the purchase. He kept us updated as the vehicle was being built at the GMC factory. When we picked up the vehicle, Clay stayed late on a Saturday evening to show us all of the features and how the new technology worked and setting up our accounts and pairing our phones to the vehicle and much more. Not only were we treated exceptionally well before and during the purchase process, but Clay has continued to check in with us after the purchase to ensure all of our needs were met.
