I was pleased with the manager in the Service Department. He fixed the problem which had been caused by one of the people in the Service Department. I am impressed with James Wood Dealership. My issues were always addressed by the service department. I purchased an Equinox as well. The difference between the Chevrolet side and the Hyundai side is - on the Hyundai side, the carwash is better. Also, they clean the floor mats and vacuum without you asking. More

Hunter did a great job in keeping me informed on my truck which was delayed getting to the dealership 2 and a half weeks.
