I selected "yes" on reccomending the service center, but it is really a maybe. Although I trust the dealership and have bought multiple vehicles from them, I have been less than impressed with the service I it is really a maybe. Although I trust the dealership and have bought multiple vehicles from them, I have been less than impressed with the service I have recieved over the last two weeks. My truck received some bad fuel and it took two weeks to get the results and to get it fixed. Upon picking up my truck, it was not washed and they gave me less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. I had paid extra to have it towed to them, because I trusted them and I expected a little better care and response. Upon picking up my truck after the repair, on the way home there was a petroleum/oil leak that completely covered the underside of the truck. I had it towed back to them the next day and we are going on 12 days with no resolove. The communication has been lacking and I seem to have be the one to innitiate the call to get updates. Frustrating experience. More

They had my car for a month and when I got it back it was dirty. I would think that after having the car for that long it would be returned cleaned. This is the first time I have received a car back from a s dirty. I would think that after having the car for that long it would be returned cleaned. I had a great experience purchasing my 2026 GMC Sierra. My salesman went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He explained everything as clearly as possible, answered all of my questions, and he My salesman went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He explained everything as clearly as possible, answered all of my questions, and helped me in every way he could. I was also very happy with the financing process and the warranties that were included. They were able to get my truck bed liner installed the same day, which I really appreciated. One thing that really stood out was that the wrong color side steps were originally installed on my truck. My salesman actually noticed the mistake himself and immediately made sure it was corrected and the right ones were installed. Overall, I felt like he genuinely cared about making sure everything was right before I left. Great customer service and a very good buying experience. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership. More
