We were very upfront about the bottom line was the price. We didn't want to be hounded about pricing/negotiating. We want bottom lines and made our decision off the bottom line he gave. Then when he did not get the response he wanted he continued to try to push us into buying additional coverage we already said no to. He even tried dropping the price again, which was quite offensive because we already asked for lowest price. We almost walked away from the entire sale because of his interaction. More

Steve Frazier at James Woods was friendly and wonderful. Great salesman. Steve found us a nice truck we liked, but he found something wrong with it. He said they couldn't sell it to us.
