From the moment I arrived, the process was smooth and professional. A big shoutout to my service advisor, Bryan Stanley, who went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with the DEF system, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s not always easy dealing with vehicle issues, but Bryon made the whole situation stress-free. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my truck is now running perfectly. It’s great to know there are still service teams out there that genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. Worst service I have ever had. Service dept. told me my vehicle was 5 days out for repair. I requested a loaner vehicle and was told they didn't have any, I guess the ones they had Service dept. told me my vehicle was 5 days out for repair. I requested a loaner vehicle and was told they didn't have any, I guess the ones they had out front didn't count. Ten days later I had to call for the status and was told my vehicle had not been looked at yet and still had 7 others in front of mine. I ended up picking my vehicle up, it was completely covered in dirt and bird crap, I took it to another dealership, it was fixed that day and returned clean. I wont be doing business with James Woods anymore. More
