Sales person Cathy Spurgeon was great. No issues with her. Dealer rating not as high solely due to finance issue. Due to not receiving a hard copy (thumb drive only) we did not realize the No issues with her. Dealer rating not as high solely due to finance issue. Due to not receiving a hard copy (thumb drive only) we did not realize the mistake made. We wrote a $1400 check for down payment and considered contract done. We then considered extended warranty and wrote a separate check for $1872 to pay the warranty. When we printed out contract we found both checks had been combined as down payment and the warranty payment charged to the loan. That cost is now part of the lien. Warranty is now cancelled but is still part of the lien. The refund will go to the lender instead of back to us. We have no idea how it will be applied to loan. More
