I have never been to a dealer that operated with this level of integrity. Everyone from management to sales to finance is honest. Had to drop off truck, knowing they were 3-4 days before looking at it. They took over a week before diagnosis and still weren’t for sure what the problem was. They had it for over 3 weeks, repaired what wa looking at it. They took over a week before diagnosis and still weren’t for sure what the problem was. They had it for over 3 weeks, repaired what was only allowed for GMC warranty, knowing that it needed a whole new exhaust system.Had to call constantly for updates and quite frequently would never get return calls ( very frustrating) Picked it up and 2 days later check engine light back on(exhaust system). Was told to drop it off again but couldn’t guarantee how soon to get to it. Took it to Christian Brothers replaced exhaust system in 1 full day and paid $2500 for what should have been covered under warranty! I work out of my truck so inconvenienced for length of time from drop off to repair. More
