Karen was great. I walked into the dealership to look at vehicles not necessarily going to buy just yet. I told Karen this And she still treated me kindly. I like to have dealerships work on my truck, and the price doesn’t really bother me. But It seems like The service process is like the buying process. Take your vehicle back, and then draw the timeline price doesn’t really bother me. But It seems like The service process is like the buying process. I have bought three vehicles from James Woods, in the recent past. Every time I do so, I leave their location thankful, that I do business with them, they make it easy, they make it enjoyable to do busin recent past. Tyler Mayfield and Jeff Morris are very thorough, leave no stone unturned, tell it like it is and I know the representation of the firm is just as high quality as the product they sell. We are very happy with our new Buick, and when you know that the car one has exactly what the wife wants, it just feels great. And who knows, every now and then, the wife will let me drive the car. Its advancement in technology, is eons ahead of our old Enclave and the car is definitely the best and nicest vehicle we have ever owned.
