I had a fantastic experience with James Wood Motors. I spent about two months looking for the right truck and contacted several dealerships before finally finding them. Almost every other dealership I s I spent about two months looking for the right truck and contacted several dealerships before finally finding them. Almost every other dealership I spoke with had hidden fees or dealer markups that completely wiped out the advertised sale price. I came across James Wood Motors because of their dealer discounts and sales incentives and submitted an inquiry through their website. They called me within about five minutes. I explained that I lived out of state and told them exactly what I was looking for. Within about 10 minutes, they sent me all the pricing and vehicle information, and to my surprise, there were no hidden dealer markups at all—just the advertised price and discounts. We handled most of the process through text messaging, which made everything much easier since I was at work. I initially agreed on a truck and a price, but afterward realized it wasn’t the exact configuration I wanted. I called Tyler, explained the situation, and he immediately said it was no problem. We found the right truck, he sent me the updated pricing and information right away, and I put down my deposit. I drove four hours to the dealership, and it was easily the best in-person dealership experience I’ve ever had. The truck was ready, the paperwork was ready, and I was in and out in about an hour. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and hassle-free from start to finish. I will absolutely be going back to James Wood Motors for my next truck. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the customer service I received. More

I was very satisfied bringing my car in to this Dealership. The staff were very courteous and professional. The wait time was within reason for replacing two tires and realignment. The only suggestion I would recommend is that in the wait room that along with free coffee, they could also give hot tea, hot chocolate and water. The Dealership I used when I lived in Virginia their waiting area provided free coffee, tea, hot chocolate as well as free soda dispenser (like those in fast food place) they also provided free donuts in the morning and free popcorn in afternoon.
