Drew was an excellent salesman. I called about the vehicle before coming to the dealership and he was able to verify certain information. He followed up with to make sure I was in route to dealership because I was late. When I arrived he had the vehicle up front waiting for me. He answered all my many questions and honored the online price of the vehicle when we discussed purchasing. Several employees and managers stayed late, well past closing, to ensure that I could drive off with vehicle that night. Once, all the paperwork was finalized, Drew stayed even later to set up all the features inside the car. I would have never taken the time to do this myself. Overall this was my best car buying experience and I have shopped around. He even entertained my Mom, who was along for the ride. Thank you Drew and James Wood Chevrolet Buick GMC. More

I went in to have an audio system installed in my new 2026 GMC AT4X. Overall, the experience was average—not great, but not terrible either. I arrived close to closing time, and there were very few people in the service department. When I was handed my keys and paperwork, I asked if someone could show me what had been done to my vehicle, where the amplifier had been installed. The person assisting me said he couldn’t show me because he wasn’t the one who performed the work. I understand that he may not have been directly involved in the installation, but I would have appreciated a little more assistance or someone who could walk me through the work that was completed. When you’re driving two hours there and back bringing in a vehicle for an installation, you want to see what was done and feel confident in the work. As for the audio system itself, I’m not too pleased with the quality of the amplifier, but I completely understand that part is on me, as I was the one who chose the product. Their responsibility was the installation, and unfortunately, I can’t say I’m satisfied with the results. I honestly don’t hear much of a difference, and in my opinion, the sound system actually sounded better before the installation. I’ve definitely noticed a significant loss in sound and overall volume, which is disappointing considering the purpose of the upgrade. More
