Have an issue with a 4-day-old GMC 3500 truck we purchased here. Truck grosses a significant amount of money per day, so when its down, we lose money, this was relayed to service. Brand new trucks h purchased here. Truck grosses a significant amount of money per day, so when its down, we lose money, this was relayed to service. Brand new trucks has to go into the shop for a DPF/REgen issue for 2 days and finally after not hearing anything I call and am told they haven't actually touched it other than drive it; they are just waiting to hear from GM what to do. So I lost about 3-4k in revenue due to a brand new truck being down for what could have been a phone call. Plus, don't count on any form of a loaner, cause from what I can tell, they don't exist. Been 2 weeks, and I guess GM still hasn't told them anything cause I still haven't received a phone call. Not too happy after just spending 120k dollars on 2 vehicles here. More
