I always go to Dason. I had a few warranty items that needed to be addressed on my (relatively) new GMC and because of the need to order parts and have both James Woods' I had a few warranty items that needed to be addressed on my (relatively) new GMC and because of the need to order parts and have both James Woods' transmission techs and electrical/computer techs work on my vehicle, Dason estimated that it would take at least 3 weeks - so, he set me up with a loaner.
