Easy process dropping off and picking up. Everyone was nice and quick. They fixed it within 3 weeks. Told me 1-2 weeks but took over 6 weeks. Broke my windshield and billed me for it. Truck sat for 4 days with nothing being done when the service center was supposed to install a speaker. Have a high regard for James Wood Service built over 20 years, and 6 vehicles doing catalogued maintenance and meeting the crisis for emergency repairs as well.
