Despite having a scheduled appointment, it took nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change & tire rotation. Unacceptable for routine service. The clerk in the service area blamed this on a lack of staff. My car sat in service for an entire month. It took two weeks just to identify the problem, and then another two weeks to complete the repair. The entire time, I was told no loaner cars were available. One month without a vehicle is absolutely unacceptable. If there aren’t enough loaners, more should be provided to meet customer needs. On top of that, communication was poor. The service agent was unresponsive, and when she did answer the phone, her tone was passive-aggressive instead of supportive. To make matters worse, when I finally picked up my car after a month, I noticed right on the spot that the coolant was low and had to immediately bring it back into the shop just to have the coolant topped off. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had—slow, unhelpful, careless, and with zero consideration for how much inconvenience it caused. More
