The only reason I would recommend this place is my service advisor was extremely nice and understanding. The reason I would stay away from this place is strictly from my phone interactions. They do not have people on site that answer your call when you call the dealership and enter the extension to get connected to the service department. It was top five one of the most frustrating experiences of my life trying to get in contact with someone at the actual dealership. I actually had to dial the sales extension and beg who I was connected to to directly transfer me to an advisor. When I initially made my appointment to replace a tire that had a nail in it, the off-site person for service told me I would have to call and talk to parts myself to confirm if they had the tire in stock before I even spoke to someone in the service department. My service advisor, Orlando, is the only reason that I would recommend this place. Otherwise, dealing with my phone interactions alone, I would steer clear. More

awful experience did not get to my car even though I had a 11:45am appt. they call and tell me @ 4pm that they overbooked and need to keep my car for the whole weekend when I was supposed to pick it up at 5 a 11:45am appt. they call and tell me @ 4pm that they overbooked and need to keep my car for the whole weekend when I was supposed to pick it up at 5pm in time for my son's road test on Monday, which destroyed our entire plan. Now for the big one...I get a call that my brand-new car can't pass inspection because of a 1/2-inch bubble in 1 tire's sidewall, not a reason to fail and of course it passed at the service station just after this xx. Soooo, not only did they try to rob me for a new tire that was not needed at all as the car has 6k miles on it they also tried to sell me a cabin filter and air filter for $100 each which were also brand new and just needed a dust off from leaves, pure sales tactics deplorable and probably get away with robing 70-80% of people who are clueless Shame on you, SHAME SHAME SHAME, some free service you provide what a joke, tried to get 1k out of me on my 1st service of a brand new car!!! More
