First of all, on my last maintenance they set up the wrong mileage on my car of when my next oil change was due. The wrong mileage and the wrong date. Secondly, I had to wait more than three hours in th wrong mileage on my car of when my next oil change was due. The wrong mileage and the wrong date. Secondly, I had to wait more than three hours in the waiting room for this service to be completed, and was told it would only be an hour and a half. Thirdly, the service guy that was helping me, never told me that the car was ready. I had to get up and ask about my car and was told that they had sent me a text message stating it was ready. I explained to him that I never received a message and when he looked he said he never pressed the button to send me the text message. In other words, I had to ask about my car to be told that it was ready. More

My car was towed on Tuesday and was not worked on until Monday. The battery needed a change even though the car is not even two years old. This is thirty minute job at most. Margarita and Krystal did not help. I asked for a manager and the manager did not call me until five days later. Even after all of this tom waited until the shop closed Saturday to test my vehicle. Sunday they are closed. When I went to the dealership no one apologized or looked me in the eye! Despicable and disgusting! More
