Disappointing service. Why was tire rotation recommended and then told I needed new tires. No explanation or recommendation was given. New brakes were installed last year. Always a speedy and painless experience with Sales and Service at Hyundai of 110. Raven was my Leasing Advisor in 2025 and she is transparent and really cares about the quality of her service to custom Service at Hyundai of 110. Raven was my Leasing Advisor in 2025 and she is transparent and really cares about the quality of her service to customers. Yesterday's service visit for my 2025 Tucson was exceptionally fast. Vincent Moore was my Service Advisor and he was really "polite" and explained all ~ I now know about the wheel-lock system:) The waiting area is uber clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks. Their cleaners work non-stop, to boot. Appreciate Vincent's top notch service yesterday! More
