I originally had a 9 o’clock appointment. I was told to come in at 8:30. There was a long line. No explanation. I was no courtesy cars were available. The cashier who was directing traffic was rude. Leon was the only bright spot. The cashier from before would rather stuff her face than help me. She was able to make a snide comment. I was called in to Hyundai of 110 for two recalls on my vehicle. The representative worked with me to find the best day and time of my availability. I dropped off my vehicle and was received by a very fr vehicle. The representative worked with me to find the best day and time of my availability. I dropped off my vehicle and was received by a very friendly young man, followed by service person, Kit Tann who took all my information and explained the process to me. I was kept updated as my vehicle was being worked on. I received a call when the work was done with recommendations on additional items which needed repair. Max was pretty helpful, but it seems this dealership as well as others that I been to are trying to get over on the customers with inflated prices, trying to get people to pay twice for registration and pl well as others that I been to are trying to get over on the customers with inflated prices, trying to get people to pay twice for registration and plates, and boosting the online price of the car. Also, I never gotten the second key for the car. Eventhough, I was forced to drive back out there from Jamaica Queens, believing they found the other key. So no I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there or to empire hyundai of Jamaica. More

My service advisor, Kit, has always been professional, knowledgeable quite some time, and I have never been disappointed with the service department. Whenever I call to schedule service, they do their best to get me an appointment as soon as possible. Even when no appointments are available, they always tell me to bring the vehicle in, leave it with them, and they'll work it into their schedule. That level of customer service is hard to find. I also want to recognize the entire service team at Hyundai of 110. Everyone has always been courteous, professional, and committed to providing excellent service. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend Hyundai of 110's service department to anyone looking for reliable and honest vehicle service. More

While everyone at the service center is polite and professional, they over book and it takes longer than expected. I would not come again for a simple oil change.
