I dropped off my vehicle and was received by a very friendly young man, followed by service person, Kit Tann who took all my information and explained the process to me. I was kept updated as my vehicle was being worked on. I received a call when the work was done with recommendations on additional items which needed repair. Even when no appointments are available, they always tell me to bring the vehicle in, leave it with them, and they'll work it into their schedule. That level of customer service is hard to find.
