Mr. Mostafa, I was one of the managers at the desk. I observed personally your conversation with our product specialist. As I recall, you stated you had bad experience at serval other dealerships before coming to us. You stated to my salesmen that you have challenged credit. He explained to you that we have a process, like the other dealership that we have to follow. He never asked you for a $2000 deposit. He did however, ask for a small deposit on the car, which you refused. My sales manager went over to you and proceeded to explain to you that process. Once we had gone over that process with you, we would then have you sit with one of our finance managers who would then go over the approval, rate, etc.,. Which you then decided against, then choose to leave. We are more then happy to assist you and continue to work on an approval that works with your credit, and budget.
