*****STAY AWAY***** Came here with my family including my 5 month old baby to buy the 2nd biggest purchase of our life, our first family car. Agreed on a price and given an invoice by salesman David Moore. Invoice is shown in the photo $37,580. I then met with the ultimate scammer clown named Gerard Ragan. He pretended to be my best bud the offered me his extended warrant package. Which I declined. He then lowered the price and I declined again. Then he looked like an upset puppy and became angry with me. I was now his enemy. I put down $15,500 for the car. Then after waiting almost 4 hours he tried to give me an invoice for an extra $1895 “other aftermarkets” which he claimed was a used car fee $995 and bank fee $900. Bringing the total to $39,887. After saying cancel the deal and telling him give me my money back he agreed to take off the used car fee leaving the $900 “bank fee”. I then accept the deal and he tries to keep the receipt from me tell me I don’t need it. I got the receipt and then after coming home and looking closer he decided to make the “bank fee” a $900 vehicle asset protection plan. I called him up confront him about the issue and he was saying I did it for you, you don’t want free stuff. I said no it’s $900 and you didn’t tell me, and that’s why you tried hiding the receipt from me. I went in the next day and confronted him. I spoke to the manager Victor Aries who also covers up for him and says no you have to handle it with Gerard. Also the salesman David Moore played dumb and said I’m sorry it’s between you and Gerard. I called them out when the deal happened saying why did you make me wait 4 hours and add the fee. The replies I’m sorry that’s how we do business. Stay away from this Hyundai. Look at my photos for proof. Gerard Regan the finance manager is the clown in this Circus show. He is trying to scam you to support his phony lavish lifestyle by ripping you off. There is one thing being an aggressive or persuasive salesperson. There is another thing lying, hiding receipts, adding bogus warranties in invoices to make your sales goal. Please always read fine print. I just want to thank the manager Matt for being a gentleman and doing the right thing when I came the following week. He sat down and talked to me with respect. More

She is so easy to work with, makes the process easy, worked with us on the trade of our old vehicle, and was patient while deciding on wh and Raven!
