Made appointment over a week in advance for an oil change and to check auto start/stop because it wasn’t working. Pick the will wait for vehicle. When I arrived I was told I have to wait all day for the sta and to check auto start/stop because it wasn’t working. Pick the will wait for vehicle. When I arrived I was told I have to wait all day for the start stop to be diagnosed. Why wasn’t I called before hand. I put in the services I wanted preformed proves they don’t read appointment notes. Next dealership wanted $89 for cabin air filter I’m not handy cost me 13 bucks. Than they state vehicle needs me fuel injection service for $289. Bought the car as certified used in April didn’t need it than put less than 2000 miles on it in 4 months. Now all is sudden I need a fuel injection service. Just reminds me why I never go to dealership to service my vehicles unless it’s cover under warranty or recall. More
I dropped my car off at 7:30 a. m. for a basic inspection and tire rotation, with pickup scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Since this is an electric vehicle, I expected the service to be strai m. for a basic inspection and tire rotation, with pickup scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Since this is an electric vehicle, I expected the service to be straightforward. Plus, they never reset the service lights/timer. Unfortunately, my service advisor has still not been able to help with a door trim issue that I first raised back in February. I brought my 2025 Hyundai Tucson to Hyundai of 110 for service. It was a very good choice. The service depart did a good job on my Tucson, The waiting area was clean and hand coffee free of charge. Horrible dealership. My car has the extended warranty for white peeling. They are not organized at all.. I got photos taken of where its peeling then a month went by and My car has the extended warranty for white peeling. They are not organized at all.. I got photos taken of where its peeling then a month went by and they didn’t contact me about when it would be fixed. I had to follow up and they again didn’t know what they were doing. I finally got an appt & then they cancelled it on me randomly 2 weeks prior to it claiming the bodyshop was backed up & I’d have to wait months for a new appt. In the past when I did get my car repainted there, they got paint all over, inside my car and were giving me issues about it. Fully unorganized and I would recommend going elsewhere for your Hyundai issues. More
