Service was ok, but there were some issues with billing. In particular, I didn't get to see an accurate itemized receipt of all charges to review before the work was done. I came in to do an oil change and a tire rotation with speed balance. Waiting time was about 2hrs and change, on a Friday, but to be expected. Once the service was completed, I was handed the paper work and directed to go online to pay for the service, upon looking over the paperwork, I’ve read the concerns regarding my aftermarket rims not having hub centric rings, I was not verbally told about this and if it’s an issue to take care of as soon as possible. I had to go to Google and do my research on this, so I’ve ordered the rings and will have that installed to my rims. It would’ve been nice if Honda could’ve inform me of options and also supplying me fitment dimension so I may get the correct sizes. I get that they’re aftermarket but from a professional standpoint, I’d want them to inform customers the little details. Now about the tire rotation. I am aware after a tire rotation, the driving feedback will feel a bit rough for the next 50ish miles. I am starting to feel a rough feel when I’m applying breaking pressure, is this due to the tires being swapped from the back to the front? It feels more like my break pads are grazing on the rotors, even without my foot on the gas or break. My rotors, pads and brake fluid was changed 3,000 miles before this service, with oem pads and rotors from Honda’s website. I will have my trusted mechanic to look into this and make sure, nothing was done wrong after getting serviced. Overall, This Honda service staff are friendly, and I understand after a long week, we all wish to have a easy day, but I’d like my concerns to be told before I am to pay for my services. No one can assume that we have expert knowledge of our cars parts. More
