I went it for an oil change. Check in was smooth. I asked to add a car wash for additional $10. No problem. Before I go pick up I get an email of all services that my car is “n Check in was smooth. I asked to add a car wash for additional $10. No problem. Before I go pick up I get an email of all services that my car is “needing”. It was $1754 worth of extra maintenance my car needs. What? I’ve never EVER been quoted $738 for break change. That’s insanity. I go to pick up my car I ask about the open recall and I get a generic response about being on a list. That I’ll get a call come the fall. My car gets pulled up and it was not washed. This is my second time coming here to get an oil change and I don’t think I’ll be back. More

And when I called to ask how much it would be I was give a less price than what it was when I got there which is unfair bc what if I didn’t have the money. Then you added services on top of that. I came for oil change and paid for two other services I wasn’t informed about and forced to pay for it bc it was already done . Had to keep asking when will I be done bc it takes entirely too long for something relatively basic . The person assisting me was great the overall atmosphere and environment was great will recommended however invest in a Keurig it’s $100 on Amazon I’m sure yall can afford it , thanks More
