Good location and hours. Drop off and check in are a breeze. Staff are friendly and helpful at check in. Great WiFi while you wait. Clara T. is always kind and patient during check in. One complaint. I was promised my Honda CRV (oil change) in 90 minutes and after two hours I decided to check and the gentleman was very nice to go get it for me I do not like to be promised a time and tha in 90 minutes and after two hours I decided to check and the gentleman was very nice to go get it for me I do not like to be promised a time and that time not fulfilled. Got to change the policy if you want me to come back there???? 'Poor service to give a specific time and not have the vehicle ready???? More
