My husband and I have purchased five cars from Holly wood Chrysler and Rob Lambin over the years… multiple SRT chargers, challengers and my current truck, we love dodge cars and consider ourselves loyalist b Chrysler and Rob Lambin over the years… multiple SRT chargers, challengers and my current truck, we love dodge cars and consider ourselves loyalist but ever since the last service manager Rick passed away the level of service has gone down, Rick treated his clients like family and went above and beyond to earn and keep our business . I was told on a previous visit that I did not have any oil changes left on my extended warranty package and was told I needed to pay for an oil change… which I did. Months later I come in for an oil change and see the same representative who attempted to have me buy an oil change package tell me I still had oil changes left then asked me with a confused look why did I pay the last time as if she wasn’t the person that told me I had to pay lol. The warranty that comes with these cars doesn’t compare to many other car brands in the same price point such as Lexus or BMW but we continue to buy and support the dealership because we felt we had the support and didn’t mind paying out of pocket, without good service and trained professionals that do not act like their clients are not a priority what is the point of continuing to buy from here… I planned on purchasing a new car January since my truck is almost paid off and now for the first I’m considering more reliable options with better service besides Chrsyler,Jeep, dodge. More
Extremely poor communication and follow though. Disappointed in the entire repair process. It took 3 weeks to complete a warranty repair and throughout the repair process I was unable to speak to m Disappointed in the entire repair process. Ultimately I was able to get my jeep repaired but the dealership made it painful from the get go. More
