Hollywood Chrysler Jeep

I took my vehicle for express service, which included an oil change tire rotation and inspection per vehicle maintenance guidelines. It was my first service so it was free with my new vehicle. They changed my oil but the service area was very dirty and the technician did not put any paper covering on my floor mats or my seats as I have noticed so many other places do for maintenance. He got some oil stains on my front floor mats and I don't believe they even rotated my tires as the service ticket stated. More

I need a Manager to call me, my car set there for 3 weeks, I was trapped in Florida, so flew home, it was an air suspension issue. I get it takes time to work with Warrenty so 3 weeks seemed ok, but 2 weeks, I was trapped in Florida, so flew home, it was an air suspension issue. Driving home, it completely overheated, I was near the Albany GA, jeep and they took amazing care of the car in 17 hours. They found the Vacum Pump on the bed of jeep engine, it had to have been removed in Hollywood or had loose screws in. Jeep Alabama said the work Hollywood did, they could have had messed with that. Steven said he would ask around, but took the mechanics word for it, mechanics mess up all the time. I need a manager to call me, this needs handled. It cost me 990.00 for this to be repaired. More
