Brought my jeep in for a recall repair. No issues waiting 2 months to complete as I was issued a rental car at no expense, but when I was called to pick up the vehicle the engine sounded li No issues waiting 2 months to complete as I was issued a rental car at no expense, but when I was called to pick up the vehicle the engine sounded like a race car and I heard clanking noises of something loose under the Jeep and all my tires were very low on air. I also had an oil change but the dash showed I still only had 18% oil life. I advised the rep and was told no one can work on the Jeep on the weekend until Monday and asked I bring it back then. I brought in a perfectly running vehicle for a recall and drove home a clanking noisy race car. Returned the unsafe vehicle with multiple dash warning lights (Check Engine light, ABS warning light, traction/stability control light, electronic parking brake). on Monday to the dealer and was advised noises are due to missing bolts that were missing and not replaced and it would be until Friday that the bolts ordered would arrive and advised that a rental car can not be approved and would be at my own expense while the vehicle is in the shop. I called the corporate Chrysler Jeep office and obtained a claim number for my complaint for having to cover rental car at my own expense when the dealership repair shop failed to do a safe repair by allowing my vehicle to drive off the dealership with missing bolts. I was concerned for my safety driving home and back to the dealership on Monday. I hope that corporate approves my rental costs to avoid any further action. More

That was definitely the WORST EXPERIENCE in my entire life! My car was not fixed, plus they scratched it. I waiting for a whole week to have an answer while I had another car rental I was paying out of p life! My car was not fixed, plus they scratched it. Wouldn't respond to a phone call or voicemail. The technician only replace one. I have pictures of the other shock leaking fluid. The jeep has 3500 miles on it. The whole experience was terrible. I don't understand why they wouldn't give me the Rent-A-Car on Friday the date I dropped off the vehicle. And amazed that Jeep would even let my wife leave the dealership with a shock leaking fluid on the vehicle. More
