On Friday July 9, 2026 at 0702 I arrived at Jeep Hollywood for an oil change that was scheduled. The service was hardly open to conduct operations and I was sent to express service where I was greet Hollywood for an oil change that was scheduled. The service was hardly open to conduct operations and I was sent to express service where I was greeted by an elderly white Individual who was arguing with an elderly dark individual. This went on for a few minutes before a service manager came out and told them to conduct an oil change on the Jeep 2024 Wagoner. At approximately 0815 the service was completed and the serviceman told me he did the oil change and topped off all my fluids that it was good to go. On or about July 13 2026 at approximately 1015 hours it was observed that the remote start did not work. Given that it might have been a low fuel gauge I continued operating the vehicle on that basis then when I checked the fuel level it was well above a quarter tank which would not cancel a remote start. After a 10 mile trip it was noticed that the vehicle would stutter in between 1st and 3rd gear. It was normal on the highway. When coming back on local roads it began stuttering at red lights and I called Hollywood jeep at 1308 hours to inform them of the jeeps status and the line was picked up by Pam who appeared to be AI tool used to pick up calls. I then made my way with my wife and kids over to jeep to get the situation fixed as this is the 2nd time that something has gone wrong after a simple oil change at Hollywood jeep. They weren't very transparent and didnt have a loaner for me like discussed. And they failed to communicate that they arent responsible for tolls. And I have surpass to pay tolls with.
