I lost my soft top of my jeep while in service at your location last year The soft top was in the jeep when I brought the car and when I came back to get my car it's was gone No one could tell me what hap location last year The soft top was in the jeep when I brought the car and when I came back to get my car it's was gone No one could tell me what happened I have been told the will replace it I never had any phone call related to that By precaution I removed everything when I am servicing and tell my friends who have jeeps to do the same I think that's not good for business I am never happy about this More

Custo. wr service has change for bad. Before when we did service as it was done . I was paged so I could go to the cashier. Las Saturday I have to check go t wr service has change for bad. I took my vehicle for express service, which included an oil change tire rotation and inspection per vehicle maintenance guidelines. It was my first service so it was free with my new vehicle. I did not buy oil change tire rotation and inspection per vehicle maintenance guidelines. It was my first service so it was free with my new vehicle. I did not buy the vehicle from this dealership. They changed my oil but the service area was very dirty and the technician did not put any paper covering on my floor mats or my seats as I have noticed so many other places do for maintenance. He got some oil stains on my front floor mats and I don't believe they even rotated my tires as the service ticket stated. More
