I only had two complaints in 3+ years with my last 2019 RAV4, the seatbelt alarm kept going off intermittently. Even when I was the only one in it and there was nothing on the sear. Second, I had my car RAV4, the seatbelt alarm kept going off intermittently. Even when I was the only one in it and there was nothing on the sear. Second, I had my car towed in for slashed tires and I was told as soon as there was someone available to work on it, they would. Instead, they waited until I called to find out why it was taking so long. Over a week. It was just sitting there. Then I had trouble keeping the tires (two) inflated. Very slow leak. I gave up and got another RAV4. More

I had a fantastic experience at Heritage Toyota, especially working Caroline, she took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, as I was looking for a car to replace my truck to save on fuel and especially working Caroline, she took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, as I was looking for a car to replace my truck to save on fuel and maintenance as the truck was seven years old. I tested a few cars, and she was incredibly patient with me, we found the car I wanted, and I wanted to get a trailer hitch installed, she took the time to set up the appointment, get the car all set for me so that when I picked up the Rav 4 it was all set to go!
