Ansley Ratnayake was great to work with on my Certified Pre-Owned Subaru at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills. He worked with me every step of the way to try to get the best deal he could make for me. And, his followup after the sale to help me locate an owner's manual and give some guidance a couple days later on questions I had on how to use certain electronic features available on the vehicle was so helpful. He arranged home delivery of the vehicle to me, saving me a 2 hour drive round trip. Highly recommend Heritage and would definitely ask to work with Ansley again! Jewel (the internet sales manager) gave me a competitive quote on the vehicle I was interested in, right off the bat. Ansley (the sales representative I worked with) was fantastic. I really appreciated the time he took to point out and explain many features of the car, including ones I may have never stumbled across even after reading the owners manual. Shawn (the general manager) touched base with me multiple times, which really showed me that this dealership top to bottom cares about each customer. This was not the closest dealership to my home, but I'm very glad went the extra distance to work with these folks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore-Washington area looking for a Subaru. More

I was told Mark would take care of me and treat me like family. I was a bit weary, as this was my first time buying a car, and I know many people describe it as a very stressful experience. But I trusted my friend, and I’m really glad I did. Mark met with me on his day off and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He took the time to go over every detail of the vehicle—all while making a friendly, human connection with me. It’s an experience I’ll look back on with fondness. I couldn’t be happier with my first new car, and I plan to use the Owings Mills location for all of my servicing and maintenance.
