Very disappointed. My wife bought a new car, was convinced a rav4 would be enough space for our family when we were coming out of a Highlander. She drove it for two weeks and knew it wasn’t big enough. Went in to see Cole, and was told to “suck it up” and “come see me in two years” because there was nothing they could do short of doubling the monthly payment.
