My wife is very comfortable going in there and buying a car at anytime and she has. From sales to service, they treat you with respect and try to meet your needs and pricing where you are comfortable. They don't force anything on you, and we dealt with a salesman named Louis who answered all our questions and followed up with his boss to get me an answer to a question he was unsure about. Pleasantly surprised with the dealership and salesperson. Having had a horrible experience at Berterra Nissan a few years ago, I was nervous about going to another dealership and had been looking at vehicles Having had a horrible experience at Berterra Nissan a few years ago, I was nervous about going to another dealership and had been looking at vehicles online. My husband took me in just to "take a Quick Look" and my perfect vehicle was there, exactly what I had been looking for. After meeting a salesman and going for a test drive, I knew I'd be purchasing it. The back and forth was painless, and we settled on a deal. There were a few slight hiccups, they never buffed it before pickup, and the windshield had 4 major chips when I went to get it. (No idea how that happened between my test drive and picking it up next day) Anyways, No hassles. Replaced windshield, got a sticker, buffed and side rails put on witching a couple of days. They even sent me off with a full tank of gas! I'd definitely go back again. Very good experience with Luis and Herb Chambers. More
