Everybody works hard but sometimes they can not satisfy the customer.because the writers don’t do the work. The hitch kit but on wiring harness isn’t mounted on bracket provided. We went back to Al after buying a Prius from him in 2008. He set me up with the newest model which would be coming in a week or so later. I had a good buyer experience. Jordan did a good job. I am happy with my car.
