When I picked up the vehicle, I was simply handed the paperwork without anyone reviewing the maintenance performed or answering any questions about the inspection. As a new customer and owner of a new vehicle, I think a brief walkthrough would make the experience feel much more complete and reassuring. Other than that, the visit went well, and I appreciate the work done on my vehicle. More
