Communication is very poor at this dealership. And it took them three weeks to reimburse me for the tow, which I wasn't suppose to pay for, when my truck had a transmission problem less than 24 hours after I purchased it. More
Worst experience i ever had in buying cars. You guys treated me like a crackhead buying crack. That's what a salesman told me. There's a time I asked to speak with a manager and I was put on the phone with the sale person I bought the car from and not a manager. So if u really wants to know how I feel...I hate I bought the truck from you guys, I had the people that lied to me, I hate the experience I had to go through i hate everything every one that mistreated me and did wrong by me to get a sale. You guys are crooks, dishonest and should be put out of business for bull crap yall did. I went to buy the computer and all around breaks to do my our breaks.. from the bottom of me heart. I hate yall and I will take my complaints to other people as soon as im able to find out who to complain to.. 😒 so sad the million dollar company treats hard working people like crap. Not very attentive and responsive. Overall, my experience was positive, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. An extra $2,120 was added for a diamond clean package, along with a $120 charg disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. An extra $2,120 was added for a diamond clean package, along with a $120 charge for wheel locks, neither of which were clearly explained upfront. When we questioned these fees, the dealer initially agreed to remove them, but then attempted to convince us to re-add the package at a reduced price of $1,000. After we insisted that we did not want it, the dealer still included the wheel lock charge, claiming there was no service technician available to remove them and we had no choice but to accept it. However, after leaving, we noticed that the service station was open and staffed, so it appears removal would have been possible. More
