Nice dealership to buy a car at.... sales people can be quite pushy at times with you... Pricing has a lot to be desired, somethings a little on the high side. Never get your car serviced here. You'll ge quite pushy at times with you... Pricing has a lot to be desired, somethings a little on the high side. Never get your car serviced here. You'll get the run around... they can never seem to find anything wrong with your vehicle, and when they do it's right before your warranty is out. I had to stop going to Greenbrook, since they couldn't find anything wrong with my car( saying the car was fine), when the mechanic was obviously having a hard time driving my car in the lot. If you leave your car and go home, they won't work on your car until the late afternoon leaving you carless for most of the day. When they do "fix" somehting it's not always even right, ( i got 5 wheel alignments in a matter of a week, gave up and brought it somewhere else) If they order parts, they don't call you to inform that the parts have arrived leaving you to change your work schedule just to have some parts installed. If you buy a car here, just don't get it serviced here... they just don't know what they are doing. After this upcoming visit I HAVE TO GO TO, my Grand Am is never going back there again! More
Bought a used Grand Prix from here. Environment was very nice. Sales were a bit pushy, but that's to be expected from a highway dealership. The employee prepping the car caused some mechanical damage very nice. Sales were a bit pushy, but that's to be expected from a highway dealership. The employee prepping the car caused some mechanical damage, they quickly replaced all affected components with new ones, and offered transportation from my home to the dealership to take delivery. Free popcorn, soda, and lattes in the waiting area was nice too. Title and documentation fees was quite high...several hundred dollars. NJ MVS charges them $60-80 for this, I believe they charged me $250. Most dealerships charge about $80-100. Right before you agree on a price, make them take $150 off for the overpriced doc fees. More
