The car is great but the purchase process was very disappointing. I felt like just a number in a queue. I was told the manager's schedule may be too busy to speak with me. I was called on my way down to pick up the car to tell me that my appointment was cancelled because they did not have proof of insurance (dealership had contacted the insurance agent for this). Luckily I had secured the proof of insurance myself and was able to get my car. I would not recommend this dealership. They need to work on treating their customers like they are valued, even if they are not purchasing a Subaru from them (I purchased a Honda that was on their lot). I'm still waiting for the Used Parts Manager to contact me and my inquiry is now about 6 weeks old. A shout out to Ken in the Service Dept - he was wonderful - does know the meaning of customer service. Others can learn from him. More

My experience was very pleasant. Michele, the sales person, was not at all pushy, and was even willing to try to build a car to my specifications. I think it would’ve been helpful to know in advance, that the business office was going to try to tack on a bunch of extra charges at the closing of the deal. That did seem pushy to me. The car is amazing. I also liked that staff were allowed to bring their dogs to work, and found the presence of the dogs, comforting and calming in a potentially stressful situation. More
