We had a great experience from start to finish purchasing our Forester at Garavel Subaru. The team there is awesome! Stephen was great! He spent time with us and had extended knowledge about the entire car. (We did look at other dealerships, but no comparison). At purchase (on a Sunday) we wanted a hitch added for bicycle rack. The service department was able to obtain the hitch and install it the very next day! On Monday, we picked up the car with the hitch already installed!!! No return visit needed! Stephen even checked on us after purchase to make sure everything was good! We will recommend Garavel Subaru to our family & friends! Thanks Garavel! Nancy & Mike DeLuca. More

Not so impressed with the business manager who did the final paperwork. I was promised an 11:00 appointment and didn't sit down until 11:20. Wasn't sure of what he was doing and almost sold me this $23,000 vehicle for $3,500. until I pointed out the mistake. Perhaps a little more training and everyone needs to understand that the customer's time is just as valuable as the dealership personnel, maybe more. More

Joe was absolutely amazing in the process of buying my 22 Subaru Legacy. He answered all of my questions and made sure I left knowing all of the features that this car comes with. He did not once pressure me Subaru Legacy. He answered all of my questions and made sure I left knowing all of the features that this car comes with. He did not once pressure me into buying before I was ready which is rare to find and was greatly appreciated.
