Stephen Shaughnessy and his colleagues made buying a new car pleasant and quick. Stephen is professional, didn't oversell/push, and answered all our questions on the two vehicles we were considering .... car pleasant and quick. Stephen is professional, didn't oversell/push, and answered all our questions on the two vehicles we were considering .... and even pulled two similar vehicles into a warm service bay so we could check them out. Garavel had the largest selection of Subarus of any dealer in the tri-state area but not our requested version ... however, in 7 days, they delivered the car we wanted. Stephen also must have spent close to an hour going over all the electronics and setting up the screens how we wanted them to display. From the receptionist to the closing person, Jose, everyone was pleasant, professional and transparent. Strongly recommend. More
