We initially saw this Outback on CarFax, called the dealership and got all pertinent details. Rafael and Logan, his manager, were so helpful. We drove 2 hours from NJ to meet on a Sunday. Rafael was patient and kind as our daughter test drove it. He took so much time with her, and made sure we were 100% comfortable before moving to the contract bit. Definitely worth the drive and we LOVE the wagon.
