I highly recommend Sonya West and Galleria BMW for all your automotive needs. Even though I did not buy a BMW, she still made me feel appreciated and like royalty. I went to the dealership to compare vehicles on their lot with each other to determine pros and cons of different models......with no plans to make a purchase. They did have a couple of cars that I liked an with each other to determine pros and cons of different models......with no plans to make a purchase. They did have a couple of cars that I liked and I decided to make to buy there because of their level of professionalism. Avery was great and listened to my needs. He followed through with what we initially discussed and David was a pleasure to work with closing out the deal. No hidden surprises, just business with exceptional customer service. My wife and I were in D’lberville so we decided to stop by Galleria BMW. We were driving Mercedes at the time. I’m a hard sale and was really just looking. I we have purchased many new vehicles but never a by Galleria BMW. We were driving Mercedes at the time. I’m a hard sale and was really just looking. She was so passionate about the cars she sold and the dealership and was so knowledgeable about all of there cars that we traded out that day and purchased our first BMW. We have since purchased three more from Sonya. She is the sales person we want to do business with. The service department is second to none.
