Got it! Galleria BMW D’Iberville MS will absolutely REFUSE to acknowledge or remedy any issue that is under warranty, but WILL gladly, and eagerly charge me almost 800 dollars for oil change and various “filters” supposedly needed - less than 6 months from purchase of vehicle. Would any of you employed at BMW be okay driving around in a vehicle purchased under warranty less than 6 months ago that now has squeaking breaks and much louder exhaust/muffler than normal? Absolutely not. Terrible customer service.
