Love my Toyota, but enjoyed the Honda dealership more. Rep walked away when I was trying to explain situation. When I brought it to his attention, he asked if I was having a bad day. This place continues to go downhill. Went in for the RAV4 recall - only to waste 2 hours of my business day to be told I didn’t need it due to my battery wasn’t a Toyota battery. Bri Went in for the RAV4 recall - only to waste 2 hours of my business day to be told I didn’t need it due to my battery wasn’t a Toyota battery. Brian Short needs to be trained on his lack of leadership skills, customer service skills and from the thumbs up I received when I exited his office to share my disappointment.
