I have been taking my car, that I also purchased at Findlay, for the maintenance from the start. They always get me in quick. You can schedule online in a snap and when you drop your car off they greet Findlay, for the maintenance from the start. They always get me in quick. You can schedule online in a snap and when you drop your car off they greet you right away. They have several intake personnel so it takes just minutes. I got a call saying it was ready just a few hours later. And now she is running great. Thanks Findlay for another great service. More

I bought my 2021 RAV4 from Autonation Toyota. When I took it in for the first factory service, I had a rude experience with one of their service writers. It was the worse dealer service I had e When I took it in for the first factory service, I had a rude experience with one of their service writers. It was the worse dealer service I had experienced over 60 years of buying cars. So from then on, I went to Findlay Toyota, what a difference, very courteous service writers and staff and listened to what I said and service was prompt and done properly. For that reason, the next Toyota I buy will be from Findlay Toyota and not Autonation Toyota. Findlay Toyota used to wash your car after service, but not any more - I wish they would bring it back. More

The staff was warm and welcoming. My appointment was at 10:20 AM. I got there at 9:40 AM. They went ahead and took me in. They also paid for my Uber to and from the mall.
