My experience was frustrating at best. This is a consistent issue. I schedule early morning appts to try to get in and out but repeatedly end spending hours waiting. I scheduled routine maintenance (oil change, fluids, tire rotation). My appointment was at 7:30 am. I did not receive a call to approve a battery change, cleaning until 10:30. I approved it and got a notice at 12 pm that it would be a bit longer. When I inquired why cleaning a battery and changing a filters took over 2 hours I was told you were short staffed. If that's the case don't schedule so many appointments. Standard services like this should not take over 5 hours and even more cost over $600!! More
