I took my 2025 Land Crusier in for routine service. My service writer Diego told me what to expect , called me to ask about any additional items the techs suggested and arranged for an Uber pickup and My service writer Diego told me what to expect , called me to ask about any additional items the techs suggested and arranged for an Uber pickup and drop off- so much better than a courtesy van! When I picked up my vehicle- on time- Siego was busy but Brandon D noticed I was waiting and finished up the paperwork and requested my car be brought up. The service can not have been any better.
