I took my 2025 Land Crusier in for routine service. My service writer Diego told me what to expect , called me to ask about any additional items the techs suggested and arranged for an Uber pickup and My service writer Diego told me what to expect , called me to ask about any additional items the techs suggested and arranged for an Uber pickup and drop off- so much better than a courtesy van! When I picked up my vehicle- on time- Siego was busy but Brandon D noticed I was waiting and finished up the paperwork and requested my car be brought up. The service can not have been any better. I’m glad that my long time associate Chad Leavitt referred me to Findley Toyota! More

I’ve bought 4 cars from Findlay Toyota. Two Tacomas one Corolla Hybrid for my daughter. And a tundra just recently. My first Tacoma I wrecked it and contacted the dealer. First thing they a Two Tacomas one Corolla Hybrid for my daughter. And a tundra just recently. My first Tacoma I wrecked it and contacted the dealer. First thing they asked was, was I ok. I told them I wanted to replace with another Tacoma. When we showed up that had a Tacoma ready for me. But its towing capacity was not powerful enough to tow my tailer. I contacted the salesman and he told me a 2021 Tundar had just arrived that night. Came back next day and saw my forever truck. I actually enjoy coming here. The people are friendly and service is wonderful. Findlay replaced the bed cover and are replacing the gate latches. I would never expect to enjoy going to this dealership but we are treated friendly and respectful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota. I love Toyota for their quality and the dealership for their treatment of customers Steven Smith More

I would like to thank Brandon Day for his exceptional service. My car was barely driven for several years due to job loss and medical issues, and way past due for maintenance. The total cost for maintena service. My car was barely driven for several years due to job loss and medical issues, and way past due for maintenance. The total cost for maintenance was not in my budget and Brandon advised the necessary needs to lessen the cost. After completing all maintenance updates, my car performs like new! Thank you Brandon!
