Used the dealership for emergency service during a work visit to the area. Service manager, Kelly was great for everything that was within her power, including getting my vehicle in earlier than my appoint visit to the area. Service manager, Kelly was great for everything that was within her power, including getting my vehicle in earlier than my appointment. It was a little disappointing that they wouldn't offer a diagnosis based off OBD codes I was able to provide and I had to pay a few hundred dollars for a full diagnostic test to confirm what was assumed. I'm sure it's corporate policy but disappointed nonetheless. Sales also offered $0 on a trade so I ended up purchasing elsewhere (and got a few hundred for trade) when I would have likely made a very quick purchase here had even a small offer been made. Dealership did shuttle me to my hotel while awaiting the diagnosis and allowed me to store the vehicle overnight. They did, however, leave me waiting without dispatching someone to pick me up the next morning for over an hour after my request. Kelly called me back shortly after I left her a voicemail and had someone on the road in less than 5 minutes after we connected. More
