Conner is such a polite young man who knows his stuff! He was professional and personable during the whole process. He shared about his family and we shared about ours. When he brought out my car it was PERFECT! Then he took the time to go through all the options on my vehicle and also asked if I had questions. I had transmission issues and they diagnosed, arranged the warranty coverage, repaired a separate issue I had and completed two recall repairs I didn't know about.
