The short old guy will wave you through the bay on the right with the green light then half way through tell you to use the bay on the left with the red x. Each time I arrive through the bay the service r right with the green light then half way through tell you to use the bay on the left with the red x. Each time I arrive through the bay the service rep is unable to find my name on the list and I have to slowly spell my name. To make matters worse I have to point to my name on tablet. I dont think my name is difficult to pronounce or read. Another thing is the vehicle report post service. Up until recently my tires were green. Now all of a sudden I need new tires and they are in the red. This leads me to believe the previous visits 'they' were not really checking the tires and just 'rubber' stamping the report which could explain why a couple days after a past service I had to put a whole jug of windshield wiper fluid in. Another annoying thing is you drop off the car and the designated time. The car greeter guys takes the car 'somewhere' then when you view the car status on Toyota app or iPhone Find My (air tag) the car is stationary for at least 45 minutes. Then after 45 min or so they start performing the service on the car. If I schedule a service at 800am I expect the car to be serviced at that time, not have to wait an hour for them to get the car. Also things are worse if you drop off the car early. Nothing is done until like 11am and the car is ready for pick up late in the afternoon. xxx, its better to wait for the car as it kinda puts pressure on them to not dilly dally and start the service. On a past service my left Windshield Arm cap went missing. The following service I asked someone at the big front desk in the showroom if they sell them and guy said no. I went on Amazon and purchased it from Toyota of Miami for $3 and put it on myself. More

Hi, I have been to Del Toyota for twice for the service. First time I visit the service center for my air conditioner and then they fix the air conditioner but broke down the window door switch’s I told the First time I visit the service center for my air conditioner and then they fix the air conditioner but broke down the window door switch’s I told them about it, so they told me that they will order it for me for the replacement and they gave me a new appointment to fix the issues. The Del Toyota service is very terrible! And not polite! Also they don’t talk nicely to the customers and they messed up my dash camera cable, they pulled it out, they didn’t ask the permission for it! And when i visited for the second time for air conditioner replacement, I was waiting for them to check in about 10-15 minutes but no one came to take care of it. There were 5 people working on desk but no one call me, they did not even say hi or hello! They were so rude, I wait about 15 mins and another customer came and she’s white, they take care of her fast, and after her they finally called me, but I was there first then hers! After I check in my car around 1 hour they call me and tell me that they have order a wrong item and sorry afterwards. They didn’t focused on their jobs that’s why they have done a mistake! Del Toyota services center is extremely rude! And no respect for the customers and not polites with them! More
