I did not return after a free inspection. ..I was expecting free...and they did an alignment without my knowledge and charged me full price. Apparently they talked to some other person and a ..I was expecting free...and they did an alignment without my knowledge and charged me full price. Apparently they talked to some other person and assumed it was me. No one spoke to me or asked me for permission. They refused to remove the charge when I said I did not authorize nor could afford the expense. I paid. I left. I telephoned several times for a m,anager and no one ever returned my call. I never went back. This was three or four years ago...don't know why you want my opinion now. More

A simple request - rotate the tires, turning into $1000 repaired. I was also told I need an alignment, although tests on the tires did not indicate that.
