I've purchase vehicles via internet sales since 2000, including a 2008 rav4 from Del. While the internet sales process has gotten more complex since then (not in a good way - the upselling) - dealing including a 2008 rav4 from Del. The Sales agreement was sent in advance and once I arrived to the dealership, the entire experience was quick and painless (< 45 minutes). The finance manager closing the deal "read the room" accurately and could tell that I was not interested in any extras. In retrospect the employee that helped introduce me to the vehicle technicals could have spent some time reviewing the charging process. More
