I had an excellent experience at DEL Toyota from start to finish! Martin Fusselman was great to work with and made the entire buying process easy, smooth, and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole experience. Martin Sweet did a great job walking me through all the technology and features in my new vehicle and made sure I understood everything before I left. John McElroy in finance was also fantastic and made that part of the process quick and easy. Overall, the entire team at DEL Toyota was great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Five stars!

Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.

Brought a 2025 toyota prius, 2 months ago. - grayv03

Brought a 2025 toyota prius, 2 months ago. Great car after 1 month noticed a noise that sounded like there was an issue with the front suspension. Took it to a dealership in nj. The dealership in nj said that it appeared that there was previous damage to the front end they took a video and showed us that there were a few bolts and screws loose under the hood on the driver side front. We then took the car to tri County toyota in gilbertsville. They had the car for 2 weeks and said that they replaced the front bumper. I asked if it was due to a previous accident I was answered with I don't have the answer to that. We recieved the car back 2 and a half weeks later. day 1 and I noticed that the marker lights in the bumper were hanging inside the bumper. We took the car back again to have it taken care of. We got the car back 2 days later. Day 1 of getting it back for the second time noticed the molding on the passenger side was not secure. I took it upon myself to reattach it and began looking at the underbelly and noticed that there are quite a gew screws and clips missing als the bumper is not fully aligned on the passenger side.

We had a very positive experience at New Holland Toyota. Very informative and extremely pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend buying a car there. We actually drove further to go to their dealership than going to the one closer to us because of their customer service and this great experience. Highly recommend! Plus Matej was excellent in the complete purchase experience as was Tony Boito with communication with us too.
