I was surprised how welcome I felt and how straight forward the process was. Overall, from the first visit my wife and I had after meeting with Devin a few months back and then again on Saturday, 9/12, with him and Brian, to take possession of our new Highlander, we had very posi meeting with Devin a few months back and then again on Saturday, 9/12, with him and Brian, to take possession of our new Highlander, we had very positive and favorable experiences both times at the dealership. My wife and I are really happy the timing worked out perfectly to purchase our new Toyota at Del. Both Devin and Brian are outstanding employees representing the Del Toyota dealership! Again, just an overall fantastic experience and my wife and I are very happy with our new Highlander! We will definitely recommend Del Toyota and the Del team! More

He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole experience. Martin Sweet did a great job walking me through all the technology and features in my new vehicle and made sure I understood everything before I left. John McElroy in finance was also fantastic and made that part of the process quick and easy. Overall, the entire team at DEL Toyota was great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Five stars! More

I've purchase vehicles via internet sales since 2000, including a 2008 rav4 from Del. While the internet sales process has gotten more complex since then (not in a good way - the upselling) - dealing including a 2008 rav4 from Del. While the internet sales process has gotten more complex since then (not in a good way - the upselling) - dealing with Mason Karkoska and Mitch Weiss mitigated the pain considerably. The Sales agreement was sent in advance and once I arrived to the dealership, the entire experience was quick and painless (< 45 minutes). The finance manager closing the deal "read the room" accurately and could tell that I was not interested in any extras. In retrospect the employee that helped introduce me to the vehicle technicals could have spent some time reviewing the charging process. More
