I was a little nervous at first since I had never used a shuttle service when repairing a car. As I got in the car for my ride home I saw my repair car being driven into the bay just in time, as it started shuttle service when repairing a car. The man driving me home was very nice and conversation was not a problem. Couple hours later I get a text saying the driver will be sent out in about 15 minutes and Jackie rechecks the address, as the car is done.
