Dylan was very polite & courteous but there seems to be a disconnect in the service dept at Colonial VW Westborough. We dread taking our car for service because it takes longer than it should, multiple times disconnect in the service dept at Colonial VW Westborough. We dread taking our car for service because it takes longer than it should, multiple times we have had to go back to remedy the issue, pickup in never simple due to parking lot constraints & being blocked in by other cars upon arrival despite notifying service folk we are on way to get our car.
