Overall, had a great experience leasing a new VW. Ray (the General Manager) was great: he was willing to find a deal/price that worked for my budget and even ensured I had everything I needed/expecte Ray (the General Manager) was great: he was willing to find a deal/price that worked for my budget and even ensured I had everything I needed/expected upon car pick up. Will definitely be using them for car servicing and to find my next VW in the future. The only negative experience I had was signing the paperwork. Everyone ensured it’d be “quick” (e.g. ~30 minutes) and it ended up taking over 1.25 hours and two visits. I think there are many parts of the process that could’ve been done more efficiently and/or virtually. More
