I had a terrific buying experience at Colonial Volkswagen. General Sales Manager Kevin Collins initially reached out to me via text message offering an opportunity to upgrade my current VW to a n Volkswagen. General Sales Manager Kevin Collins initially reached out to me via text message offering an opportunity to upgrade my current VW to a new VW Taos. After a few messages back & forth Kevin presented a quote. I followed up with a visit to the dealership the next day. Kevin came out to greet me and introduced me to Marc Schoenhammer. Marc is an excellent sales person, very knowledgeable of the entire product line, very personable and professional. The numbers came to together right in line with what had been previously presented. Pros: sales reps are knowledgeable, lot is clean, interior of the building is clean / organized. Test drive was hassle free.
